During this appointment you will be measured and sized for your crutches, receive the proper setup required, and we will go over all the important information needed to use the crutches correctly and safely.

Knee Scooter

We are excited to announce that the Arthritis & Injury Care Centre now offers Knee Scooters for weekly rentals or purchase!

These knee scooters are a comfortable, pain-free alternative to crutches, perfect for individuals who are recovering from foot surgery, Achilles ruptures, breaks, sprains, ulcers of the foot, and more.

They are easily adjustable to fit each person, with both the knee pad and handles bars allowing adjustment. It comes with a hand brake to ensure safety and confidence when in use as well as a basket to hold all your things. The best thing about it is that It can easily be folded up to allow for easy transportation!

iWalk

The iWalk Hands-Free Crutch is the perfect hands-free, pain-free, walking device. It is commonly used for lower leg injuries including Achilles injuries, foot and ankle sprains or fractures, foot ulcers, and tibia/fibula fractures.

The iWalk Hands-Free Crutch is ergonomically shaped, easy to adjust and apply, and is much more comfortable than using crutches!
