We apply the same focus and patient care for all our bracing applications. We have an establish process we use when servicing patients. We book 1 hour for all our appointments. As an example this is the process we use for a custom knee brace:

- We have the initial measuring for the custom brace and education the patient about what their doctor has prescribed. We will take the necessary measurements, call the patient’s insurance company and answer any questions the patient has at that time.
- When the brace arrives we book another appointment. During this visit we educate the patient on its proper application, break-in, usage and care.
- We pre-book another session in two weeks to evaluate how the patient is doing with the brace and to address and problems or concerns that they may identify.
- A follow-up phone call at 4-6 weeks.
We are always available to have another session if the patient calls with another or ongoing problem. This is followed up with a call in two weeks. There is never any fee for these appointments and we encourage the patient to come to us with any problems and take the time to get them appropriately and comfortably functioning with their custom knee brace.
Our primary goal is to ensure each patient has the appropriate brace, that the brace is properly fitted, and they completely understand how to use their brace.
